SBASCORE.COM Membership Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 16, 2025

Overview and Agreement to Terms

By creating an account with SBASCORE.COM (“SBAS”) or using our services or websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”), whether you are a Visitor (browsing only) or a Customer (registered user).

You may access free or paid services ("Services") from SBAS, and all use of these Services is governed by this Agreement. Services include, but are not limited to, credit reports and scores (consumer and commercial), credit monitoring, score tracking, alerts, and related products delivered via website, email, mobile, phone, or other methods.

“SBAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to SBASCORE.COM and its service providers. “You” or “User” refers to any individual or business entity accessing our Services or Websites.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. Cancel immediately by contacting Customer Support.

Consent and Permissible Purpose

By creating an account or enrolling in any Service, you provide “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), allowing SBAS to obtain your consumer and/or business credit reports and scores from agencies such as Experian, TransUnion, and Dun & Bradstreet.

You authorize SBAS to access your credit profile on an ongoing basis to:

  • Verify your identity
  • Provide credit monitoring, alerts, and score tracking
  • Offer related financial tools and services

You also authorize us to use your credit data to match you with potential credit opportunities or offers, which may come from unaffiliated third-party partners. SBAS may receive compensation when you engage with these offers.

Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the current version of this Agreement.

Description of Services

SBAS provides tools to help you and/or your business monitor and understand credit-related information for educational purposes only. This includes:

  • Access to credit reports and scores
  • Alerts on credit changes
  • Offers for loans, credit cards, and financial products from SBAS or third-party partners
  • Tracking of key credit factors like loan balances, payments, and interest rates

Some Services are free; others (like Premium or Premium Plus) require payment. By purchasing paid Services, you confirm your authorization to use the provided payment method and agree to recurring charges if applicable.

To downgrade to a lower-tier or free plan, contact Customer Support or follow the steps on the Website. Downgrading does not cancel your account. To cancel, you must explicitly request it by emailing info@sbascore.com

Your account and all related Services remain subject to this Agreement regardless of plan level.

No Legal or Financial Advice

SBAS does not provide legal, tax, credit repair, or financial advice. The Services are educational tools only. Any third-party products or offers are presented for your consideration, and SBAS does not guarantee approval or endorse any specific product or service.

SBAS may receive compensation from third-party providers, which may affect how offers are presented. All information is for illustrative purposes and subject to change by the provider.

SBAS is not liable for decisions you make based on third-party information or offers.

Third-Party Links and Offers

The Website may contain links to third-party sites or services. SBAS does not control or guarantee the content, accuracy, or security of these external sites.

You access third-party websites at your own risk. Review their terms and conditions before engaging with any offer. SBAS reserves the right to remove links at any time.

Credit Report Tradelines

Your SBAS subscription payments may be reported as tradelines to Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Equifax under your business credit profile. These may appear as “Other” in your business credit reports.

Modification of Products

SBAS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of its products, websites, or content at any time, with or without notice. By using our Services, you agree that SBAS is not liable to you, your dependents, or any third party for such changes, interruptions, or terminations.

Use of the Services

By registering for, accessing, or using any SBAS service or website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and any business entity you enroll.
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

If SBAS determines that any information provided is false, fraudulent, outdated, or intended for misuse, we may—at our sole discretion—suspend or terminate your account and deny access to current or future services. If your access is terminated for any reason other than fraud or misuse, you will have five (5) business days to retrieve your records and data before full access is disabled.

SBAS is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage from suspending or terminating access to our services.

SBAS may retain information you provide, including payment details and credit data (e.g., from Experian, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet), for as long as necessary to operate or comply with legal obligations. However, we are not obligated to retain this information for any specific duration.

FCRA Disclosures

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you are entitled to a free copy of your consumer credit file in certain circumstances:

  • If you were denied credit, insurance, or employment within the past 60 days
  • If you're unemployed and plan to seek work within 60 days
  • If you receive public assistance
  • If you believe your file contains fraudulent or inaccurate information

You may also dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost. Purchasing products from SBAS is not required to initiate a dispute or obtain a credit file disclosure.

To receive your free annual credit report from each of the three major bureaus (Experian, Equifax®, and TransUnion®), visit:

www.annualcreditreport.com

Or call 1-877-322-8228

Residents of Georgia are entitled to two free reports per year. Please note: SBAS products may not contain the exact same information as those from the official credit reporting agencies.

Use of Personal Information

SBAS may use your personal information to process your orders, maintain your account, and support other legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acknowledgment of Privacy Policy

By creating an account or enrolling in any SBAS service, you confirm that you have received, reviewed, and agreed to the terms of SBAS’s Privacy Policy.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from SBAS electronically, including product alerts, credit report changes, account updates, and legal notices.

You agree:

  • To receive all notices and disclosures in electronic form.
  • That electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
  • To maintain a current, working email address and keep your contact details up to date.

If you do not consent to electronic communication, please contact us at info@sbascore.com to request alternatives.

  • Software to view PDF files
  • A device capable of storing or printing documents

Updating Contact Information

You must promptly notify SBAS of any changes to your email or contact details. Failure to update your information may result in missed communications, but services will still be delivered and billed as agreed.

Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw consent to receive electronic notices at any time by contacting us. This withdrawal does not affect previous notices and does not cancel your membership.

Mobile Communication Terms

Text Message Consent

By accepting these terms, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages (including marketing, alerts, and credit updates) from SBAS at the number you provide. Message/data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not a condition for purchasing any product.
  • You can opt out at any time.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional purposes.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Telephone Communication Consent

You agree to receive calls (including autodialed or prerecorded messages) from SBAS or its partners at any provided phone number for informational or promotional purposes. Standard calling rates may apply. Consent is not required for purchase.

No Warranties

All SBAS products, websites, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” SBAS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any content or that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information provided does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

SBAS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your use or inability to use the products, websites, or content—even if SBAS has been advised of the possibility.

If liability is imposed despite these terms, SBAS’s total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Not a Credit Repair Organization

SBAS is not a credit repair organization. Our services (including credit monitoring) are not intended to:

  • Help you obtain credit
  • Improve your credit score or history
  • Advise you on how to improve your credit

You acknowledge and agree that you are not using SBAS services for these purposes. If you believe your credit report contains inaccurate information, contact the relevant credit bureau directly. You are entitled to dispute errors at no cost.

SBAS may provide educational information on credit bureau processes, but this is not part of any paid service and is available free to all consumers.

Product Registration Requirements

To request a credit report, credit score, or purchase any SBAS product, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Provide a valid Social Security number, mailing address, date of birth, and email address
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • Provide valid credit card information for billing

In some cases, you may also need to provide a working phone number to complete your order. All registration information is subject to review and verification by SBAS.

Where required by law, applicable state and local sales taxes may be added to your product fees. SBAS may decline certain forms of payment, including prepaid or reloadable debit/credit cards, depending on the product or sales channel.

Social Health & Business Review Monitoring

SBAS products may include content or reviews sourced from third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Reviews”). If you choose to connect third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile or review aggregators) to your SBAS account, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

  • SBAS does not control or endorse Third-Party Reviews.
  • SBAS is not liable for any content, errors, or damages resulting from Third-Party Reviews.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms, policies, and conditions of those third parties.
  • To stop accessing these features, contact SBAS at any time.

Credit Monitoring Terms

If you subscribe to any SBAS credit monitoring service with a monthly, quarterly, or annual fee:

  • Your membership begins once payment is received.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew at the then-current rate unless canceled before your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations can be made by contacting Customer Service at info@sbascore.com or adjusting your membership settings on the Website.
  • Downgrading to a free plan ends your paid benefits immediately, with no prorated refund.
  • SBAS reserves the right to adjust pricing upon renewal.

Credit Reports & Scores

By using SBAS services to access your credit report or score, you agree to the following:

  • Access to your credit report/score lasts 30 days from purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued once the credit report or score has been delivered.
  • Any disputes related to your credit file must be made directly to the applicable credit bureau.
  • Inactivity of 20 minutes or more during an online session will result in auto-logout for security.

Disclaimers:

  • SBAS does not guarantee accuracy of your credit file or scoring data.
  • Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you can obtain your credit score from credit bureaus for a government-mandated fee.

Loan Reality Check Reports & Third-Party Services

SBAS products may integrate or link to third-party financial content, products, or services (“Third-Party Content”). These may include banking accounts, loan services, or credit-related tools.

  • SBAS does not control or endorse third-party services.
  • Your use of third-party services is solely between you and that provider.
  • Review all third-party terms, privacy policies, and conditions before using their services.
  • SBAS is not liable for any issues, losses, or errors from third-party content.

Account Information from Linked Third-Party Sites

SBAS may access and retrieve your financial information from third-party platforms on your behalf. These integrations are facilitated through third-party service providers and subject to limitations:

  • Data accuracy or availability is not guaranteed.
  • Data is only as current as the time it is retrieved.
  • SBAS may experience outages or delays beyond its control.

SBAS Is Not Your Advisor

SBAS is not a financial planner, broker, lender, or tax advisor. The Services are for educational and organizational use only.

  • Always consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.
  • SBAS makes no guarantee of loan approval or financial outcome.
  • Any marketplace offers presented through SBAS are informational only and not financial advice.
  • SBAS does not receive or request compensation from lenders.

If you accept any loan or product through a third-party service:

  • You certify the funds will be used solely for business purposes.
  • You agree to deposit funds in a business-only account.

Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms and Conditions, along with SBAS’s Privacy Policy and any applicable product disclosures, represent the full agreement between you and SBAS.

  • SBAS may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions online or sending a notice to your last known address.
  • Continued use of SBAS services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.
  • Section headings are for convenience and have no legal impact.
